CONDITIONS AND NORMS

La Filarmónica reserves the right to modify the program when circumstances beyond its control so require. If an artist is unable to perform on the scheduled date, La Filarmónica will set an alternative date and, if this is not possible, will arrange a replacement. The cancellation of a concert will be the only reason that entitles the holder to a refund of the ticket price or the proportional amount of the Season Pass, excluding in all cases the handling fees.

If a subscriber cannot attend a concert, they may release their seat. If that seat is sold, they will receive a credit equal to 80% of the amount paid (excluding handling fees). This credit may be used to purchase tickets for other La Filarmónica concerts or deducted from the cost of the next season’s subscription.

The purchase of any subscription and/or ticket implies acceptance of these conditions.

Once the purchase is formalized, in no case La Filarmonica will accept cancellations or refunds.

In the case of installment payment, the non-payment of one of the installments will suppose the immediate cancellation of the Ticket Season.

The season concerts will start promptly at 7.30pm.

As for the extraordinary concerts, it will always depend on the Hall. You can check these schedules in the information of the concerts.

Access to the hall during the performance will not be allowed.
