How can I buy tickets?

Through our website, calling +34 91.420.13.87or physically in our offices (Príncipe de Vergara nº 5, 2-B) or at the National Music Auditorium Box Office.

How can I print the tickets?

If you have purchased the tickets through the website, you will receive a proof of purchase. This proof of purchase is not valid to access the concert hall. It will be necessary to exchange the ticket at the ticket office on the day of the concert from an hour before.

Can I access with the tickets of the mobile device?

No, you would have to exchange them at the box office on the day of the concert from an hour earlier.

 

What discounts are there?

There are group discounts. You can find it here

 

Also if you are under 30 you can get subscriptions for € 90. More information here.

I want to give a concert but I do not know which to choose. How do I do it?

If you have doubts about which show to choose, the best option is the Gift Card.

You can choose, for € 20, € 40, € 80 or € 120 the amount you want to give away and that can be redeemed for any of our concerts.

Can I acces to the concert if the performance has started?

It depends on the indications of the orchestra and the musicians. Normally, you can enter the half part of the concert.

I have a subscription or a ticket and I can not go to the concert. What I can do?

You can give the card subscription to someone known or familiar, but there will be not refund any money paid.

I lost the subscription card. What can I do?

If you have lost your subscription, La Filarmónica cannot guarantee the access to the concert hall. The reprinting of the subscription depends solely and exclusively on the Auditorium. I want to renew the subscription for the next season.

 

I want to renew the subscription for the next season. How do i have to do it?

You can renew the subscription on our website, calling +34 91 420 13 87 or in our office (Príncipe de Vergara n. 5, 2º B. 28001. Madrid.)

I cannot find my subscription, what should I do?

In case of loss of the subscription, you must request a reprint, which is subject to authorization by the Auditorio Nacional. La Filarmónica cannot guarantee the access to the concert hall in case of loss or deterioration of the ticket.

Can I return the subscription?

Once the purchase has been formalized and partial or total payment of the tickets has been made, this cannot be canceled under any circumstances and no amount already paid will be refunded.

I cannot go to a concert, can I put my ticket on sale and reimburse me the amount?

La Filarmónica cannot put tickets on sale already issued by the National Auditorium, so if some unforeseen event, you could not attend a concert, it would not be possible to reimburse the amount.
